Gaboot · Client SMS Program
Terms & Conditions
Effective August 21, 2026 · Gaboot, a sole proprietorship owned by Gabriel Hernandez
Business: Gaboot - Owner: Gabriel Hernandez - Frequency: ~4–6 msgs/month - RatesMsg & data rates may apply
The service
By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you will receive SMS from Gaboot — a software development business, sole proprietorship owned by Gabriel Hernandez — related to your active project. This includes invoice and payment reminders, meeting and call reminders, and status updates on the software development process.
Consent
You will only receive messages after directly confirming — verbally, during project onboarding — that you would like to receive these texts at the number provided. Agreeing to receive SMS is never a condition of engaging Gaboot for services.
Message frequency & carrier charges
Expect approximately 4–6 messages per month, depending on your project's billing cycle and meeting schedule. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or network conditions.
Help and opting out
Reply HELP at any time for assistance. Reply STOP to immediately stop receiving texts from Gaboot. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opting out of SMS does not affect your project agreement, invoices, or scheduled meetings — you'll simply be contacted through your other agreed method instead.
No warranty
Invoice, meeting, and project details are shared in good faith based on your engagement with Gaboot, but this SMS program is provided as-is, with no guarantee of message timeliness or delivery. It does not replace the official invoice, calendar invite, or contract terms of your Gaboot engagement.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for how your phone number is collected and used — including that it is never shared with third parties.
